After a couple hundred hours, the 62 Goldstar is finished. Next, my 62 Triumph Bonneville will get a makeover. I dropped it while putting it up on the mezzanine smashing the rear fender, the headlamp and gauges.

very nice! Is it to be ridden? An uncle had one when I was a kid, dirt only, that thing is a legend in my family.

I think Ron will ride is occasionally. It still has the racing cams and big port head so not a real friendly street bike but should be a blast to ride. They are known for being hard starters but with a rebuilt mag and a Mikuni carb it should improve starting.

Thats very cool, Hope to see it soon. I have been trying to get my Moto Guzzi running and have succeeded. Its not the cafe but the 2002 Moto Guzzi LeMans that I bought in November. It had what I thought was electrical problems and it turned out to be mostly the fuel pump. It worked well at start up and low speeds but then when accelerating it would starve and die out. I replaced all the lines to the injectors and from the tank to the new fuel pump. It now works well and I will head down to Mike Velasco at Brothers Yamaha and get it dyno'd.... It should smooth out a lot of the burps and such...maybe a little better mileage then 30 that I have been getting which may have to do with the wrist more then the bike.

Still some carb issues but everything else is satisfactory.

Made a nice haul today. Stopped by the restaurant supply store and found a bakers rack with 40+ 18" x 26" baking pans.
Price started at $160 for the rack and $3.00 apiece for the pans. Came by later and offered $100 for it all and
settled on $120.They are going out of business and Friday is the last day.
These racks are great for keeping parts organized when doing restoration projects.
