Benelli Dynamo Compact

If in doubt, or it doesn't seem to fit elsewhere - put it here.

That's quite a step up from your first one. You will be cleaning everything in sight now. Isn't technology great?
What is the cfm or pressure required? Does it heat the water? Just curious.

It needs some 20cfm (60-100 psi ). Fortunately that compressor I spent too much on will do that and has 100% duty cycle.
It does not heat the water- but I’m looking at some immersion heaters. It would be really easy to heat the ‘closed loop’ containers. I could just use the internal sprayer to transfer that into the main unit, then drain it back into the other containers heated up the water.
Alternately, I will see what could work to heat the main part. I think I’ll just heat up the CL though- a lot easer and that water stays pretty clean. All that slurry on a heater probably would make a big mess. I can also do an external ‘belt’. I have some for brewing. Might be good for winter.

Yes- it is really nice having room for bigger items. And it is quicker, although final finish is the same.

Engine gearbox/crank cases are back together. I got sidetracked with rebuilding an AJP that I used to own.
But I’m almost done with that so I will get back to the little 65cc.

Next will be piston/cylinder/head. Not too much more to do. Soon I will start on the frame- but I’m in no huge hurry.

That's an awesome machine! Can't wait to get a demonstration ;) . I'm still looking for the foot operated air valve so it will turn on the slurry pump and the spray mister to wash the window. As it is, I'm still enjoying it.

Mine runs off electrical valve- but a foot valve for motorcycle lift could work.

Next finish polishing side cover and install.

Almost done.

Neat little motor. And bevel gears too! The vapor hone sure does a nice job. Still tinkering with mine.

Yes, it is great having in the shop. Even with a window sprayer vision is sometimes compromised. Still looking for an appropriate wiper setup (but have not looked very hard).

I used that VHT high temp paint and baked it at 200f for the cylinder. Looks pretty nice and I’ve had good luck with that when baked on in the past.

Not to get you in trouble but did you see the 125 Cobra on CL this week? I don't see one in your stable

I saw it. But I have lots of projects already, and that model isn’t really ‘on my list’.
Now if it was 180 Volcano…
