Good Luck.

I have a seat grinder, but if valves turn out to need grinding, I would most certainly appreciate it.

What is the diameter of the valve stems?

I’ll measure tomorrow. They are pretty small.

I measured it, and of course forgot what it was before I wrote back...
So I did again.

5.45mm diamter. Pretty small. (Each cylinder is 125cc)

That is small! Will check.
This valve grinder only goes down to .250. Sorry.

Yes, valve stems are quite small. I just saw an adapter for many grinders that will work with small valves. But first I’ll see if I really need to grind them. They look in really good condition.

I have not done anything lately on it- other bikes came in to work on and I did some maintenance/mods on my dirt bikes I ride. Plus out riding, plus spending time with the grandkids. Plus goofing off.
The electric trials bike has been working well, still figuring range.

I see a vintage Benelli 50cc mini enduro on the Racing Junk site. Looks like a nice one.

Interesting conversion. I’d probably put it back to origianl if I had it.
I’ve seen a few for sale now and then, nice machine.

I’ve always wanted the 180 Volcano mini. I’m not sure why

I’ve been working on cleaning up the head/valves etc. Coming along well.
I think I’ll get the head all together before doing the bottom end.

Also doing a few additions on the Electric-Motion Escape R (electric trials bike) and starting to work on a customer KLX250.

How did the valve job finish up Mark? Did I offer up my Neway valve/seat cutter set? It is good down to 5mm stems.
I'm still looking for a small beginners Trials bike for the grandsons to learn on. I will consider trading my XR250R if something interesting show up.
