I've noticed there are different types of hy-vo chains, such as automotive cam chains that generally have tensioners while other types are self adjusting as they wear. I'd like to see what you come up with.
After I finished the primary drive on my LSR motor I learned a friend has been using a hy-vo chain on his engine with success while another friend had his break, also snapped the end of the crankshaft off. They won't tolerate any shaft flexing or mis-alignment.

How's the Bene coming? Not much progress on my Double. Better half had quad bypass so now chief cook and bottle washer for a while longer.

I have not had time to do much on the Benelli.
I’ve had a number of customer bikes, three here right now. I need to get those finished first.

72 Honda CB450
74 Honda XL250
2012 OSSA Explorer.

Parts are coming today for the 450 and OSSA, so should have those done before long.

I've been watching Allen Millyard's videos on building a Kawasaki Z 6 cylinder. Makes it look simple.

It is a friends, need work and certainly doesn’t look as nice as yours.

Parts are a little difficult, but not horrible. Need a replacement headlamp (did they come with bulbs or sealed beams?). It has one too small.

Mine has the Stanley 6-1720 sealed beam unit. I scratched up my front fender in a fall and am looking for a new one.

Do you know a source? I have not found one. Changing to a bulb type would be fine too.
I have not verified if the AC regulator is working, it was not installed (and the previous owner wondered why it kept blowing headlamps).

https://4into1.com These guys might have what you are looking for.
This guy sells Trail 90 stuff and has instructions for converting sealed beam headlights:

The XL250 and Trail 90 both use 6" bulbs but my Trail 90 bulb is a Stanley A9200.
