Looks really nice.
Be careful around some of us, drool marks can stain.

I got my old Alemite spin balancer out to ‘tune up’ the balance. It will spin it up well over 100mph.
But the imbalance is showing up about 50-60.

It has been quite some time since I’ve used it, so gotta remember how. I learned on one just like this in the 3 hour autoshop in high school.
Tube driven Alemite balancer.

Wow! That's a real relic. Pretty cool that it still works, with tubes too!

Took a ride to the Ridge today.
A bit icy below the Tunnels, but it sure sounded great going through.

Your rewards for such a beautiful restoration. Any project would be easy after this one.

I briefly saw your Benelli heading east on 101 past WalMart Thursday afternoon. Sweet ride!

I took it out for a spin this afternoon- first time in months.
It was good to get it out.

Thanks! It is super fun

I’ve been getting the sei out for rides when I have time and weather is nice.
I noticed and oil leak on the countershaft side. I was thinking perhaps the clutch rod or countershaft seals were leaking. But it turns out the new oil pump I fit was leaking.
I still had the original, which seemed to be fine but a new one was not that much $$ so just replaced it. I refit the original and then pulled apart the new one. The main seal was not holding for some reason, although it looked ok. I will investigate further when I have time and get it back so I can use it if needed.

Now no more oil leak. I’m about due to check valve clearances again and I picked up a NOS carb set so I will install that. The other ones were ok, but nothing like having new.

Nice to see someone else making progress on projects. The sei looks nice with the beautiful background, I'd frame that one..
