George has gone through tech inspection and of course passed easily. Racing is not expected until Monday due to wet conditions. My friend Anders is back with the Jawa powered streamliner.
Hope they can get the records back.

Copied from a Facebook post by Afflick Land Speed Racing Team

Here are our good friends George McMurray and crew waiting to go at Bonneville. George had planned to ride first and go after our APSBF100cc record and then his son Alan ride without the fairing in ABF100cc.
But with the wet conditions and losing a couple of days of the event George has handed over the first ride to Alan and he will now chase my record of 111.344mph.
They will need the Speed gods to smile upon them as there are only 3 100cc bikes in history to set a record above 110mph. So hope they can be the 4th and give my record a nudge.

As of this afternoon, Superfly is in impound, meaning they broke the old record and will be in line in the morning to make the backup run.

Jay said that they got pulled for a fouled plug and so I wonder when that happened...?
