PORT ANGELES — The Lower Elwha Klallam Tribe has signed a purchase agreement to buy the land and buildings that house the Cornerhouse Restaurant and Lounge, the Downtown Hotel and the Necessities & Temptations gift shop, it announced this afternoon.

Noticed that announcement this morning.
Demo Schedule will be interesting since they have some designs for the property they are acquiring from the city already published,
Wonder if their new hotel/complex will have a groups meeting room?

Talked with Shannon the owner today and she said that things would be normal for a while....So we shall see
