Like I needed another bike..
I picked up a nice quite original CL100. The plan is to use it for trips in the Interstate, using it to putt around, going to town etc. I have a rear hitch rack with ‘RakAttak’ swing attachment so the rear doors can still be opened.
The bike wouldn’t start, but I fooled around a bit at the sellers place and got it to fire up. Started first kick at home.
I’m going through the usual stuff, replacing the original tyres (I’ll hang onto them for the heck of it) and make it a good rider. But I don’t want to ‘restore’ it, rather keep it as original as possible.
Claimed weight is about 192lbs, a pretty small little bike. Heck, the wheelbase is a LOT shorter than my trials bikes, even vintage ones.
