What are your intentions for that Excelsior Welbike?

It will eventually get it's time for a restoration. The UK Welbike club is selling tires now which was the big hangup.

It's hard to believe our military actually thought the Welbike paratrooper scooter would help win the war. Actually, the war was almost over when these scooters were delivered into use.
