As always I have a lot going on, Coya had me goofing off most of the summer- we each did almost 5000 miles on the bikes.I am under the gun on some RE projects for awhile yet but will be pushing it on the bikes soon. The projects as it now stands: The Triumph is getting Mikunis at last- the Sprint needs the wiring sorted out but is pretty much done otherwise- GS1000 gets valve guide seals, bigger pilot jets and new back tire- Coya's GS450 needs a battery and CV carb diaphrams- R80 has a bunch of nagging little issues -Ascot has an oil leak that could be complicated -CL450 needs a new wiring harness- I got a Windjammer I may try on the R80- I just got a parts motor for the BMW GS1100 that may bring it back to life. Along with all that I have several old Evinrudes calling to me, and then there is the MG! Whew, I'm getting tired now....

Wow! Doug,
See what happens when you retire. I thought I was busy but you have me beat. What Triumph are you working on?

My blue T140 is currently on the lift getting the Mikunis fitted to it. I am hoping to have it dialed before the snow flies, then back to the Sprint. The Sprint has been a real ordeal but at this stage I am pretty happy with how it is turning out, I am sure glad it was a 2 for 1 buy though, it would have broke the bank otherwise.

While waiting on parts for other projects I thought it would be a good time to complete the mini chopper I started 45+ years ago. It was completed but disassembled several years ago for paint and chrome but got put away unfinished. I found the misplaced box of chromed parts last week and decided now was the time to finished it up.

The engine is a Mac 91 from go kart days. We actually fired it up a few times but it's so short a blip of the throttle made
it flip over backwards.
I had hoped to have it finished for my son's 50th birthday last year but he will get it this year.

Sweet!

Reminded me of a friend's Mac90 equipped mini bike in high school. He was faster off the line than my 175 Honda.

Summer is finally here. How many of your winter projects are finished? I did finished some but fell behind on others and now must spend time keeping up with yard work and other important things.

I just about have the 73 Benelli 250 SuperSport ready to ride on the road. I wasn’t about to ride it with 46 year old tyres and chain...
