Hi guys, Salt Fever is in the air!
The record that this French Team is chasing is currently 99.8mph for gas class and 101.3mph in fuel class.
A good friend of mine, Mike from Tacoma, will be pitting with us on the salt and will be directly competing with this team (if they run the gas class). He runs a Kawasaki 100cc and a custom built lay-down frame also.

I'm loading up for the trip and will head out of Sequim this Sunday!

Hoping for plenty of speed and a RECORD!

George

Thanks Gordon and Jay!

It gets pretty hectic out there but I will try and provide some updates!

Let's hope that the conditions remain as they are in Wendover, Utah with temps in the 90's, perfect salt and lots of traction.

Ready for Fast Racing!

Good luck George, hope that the weather holds and the water stays away... and you run straight and true... .

Thanks Jim,
John and I spent a few hours yesterday morning going over all the necessary calculations for accurately mixing Nitro Methane with methanol. This requires careful testing using a temperature corrected, 'specific gravity' test kit ,which John owns and is kind enough to loan to me for the trip.
I can't wait to get a chance to try it out with the 125cc on the salt!!

I have found a new saying (my neighbor said it's used by NBA trainers) that I'd like to adopt for our Land Race Team , "Good Luck favors the prepared", I love it!
