Someone asked to see photos of my little engine collection... snort.

Always wear protective gear. Usually SPF 30 will do.

Let's see now:
You still need: frame, swing arm, steering head, forks, wheels, brakes, plus a few other sundries?

Jay, if you want a real cool display, how about making them cut-aways. Like this.

I used to have an AJS 250 single.
I gave it away since I knew I'd never get around to fixing it up, and no place to store it.
I think the guy parted it out - that is really too bad.

Do you want a 500cc Kawasaki 2-stoke single engine?

You gave that AJS to Mel Kossen, he gave the engine to me. Still leaking oil after 6 months.

The AJS had a donor card and went to good use. Someone stripped it down and used it as a dirt bike ... sad ending. It wobbled so bad from smashed frame and bushings. The front end went to Portland, the rear end to Tacoma, and the engine will be presented in Mr. Cline's showroom. It should provide oil 'forever'.
