Doug's garage- let's do it!

If in doubt, or it doesn't seem to fit elsewhere - put it here.

Doug's garage- let's do it!

Postby DougErickson » Tue Oct 23, 2012 10:00 pm

This Sunday 10/28 at 3pm. We'll kick it around for an hour or so then I'll get the BBQ going with some salmon (Tom are you willing?). My wife will have some things and soft drinks for us, BYOB if you want something harder. We'll eat and kick it around some more. I have a special project that will be on display along with an interesting array of projects and tools. The weather forecast is not bad but keep your fingers crossed! I am a little hesitant to put out my address online so PM me or call me at Lincoln Welding 457 6122 and I'll give you directions. Doug

Mornin'Doug-I'll monitor responses here for interest and quantity of fish needed. I send down/have pinbone out fillet pieces of sockeye that are flash frozen and cryo-vac (ed) in 1 or 2 serving size. These are processed by our local buyer and are of high grade commercial quality.

Don't want to go through my winter supply this early, but likely can cover Sunday.

Will be in touch, Doug. Thanks!

Me and Rebecca will be there. I think George and Connie will be there as well. Hope the weather agrees.

Hi Doug-Am taking off for my Mom's today; will be back this evening.
Looks like enough fish for 8-10 people? as near as I can tell. I'll check this evening when I get home so I can get enough out to thaw--
