Hayabusa with a miss

Had a bad miss at low rpm. wouldn't idle.. thought that it was fouling in the fuel system.. cleaned the filters and the screens...not much there.. still a miss and not to great of a idle...coming off the line it seem it lost 1 or 2 cylinders... threw some plugs in it and disconnected a part of the smog... runs right now.... little scary on the road in the rain when you get on it.... Left me with....
