George is sorting out a lean out fuel issue. Something he has never had before, even with the 125cc motor. This morning he has changed the taper on the jet needle in an effort to richen up the wot mixture. Knowing George, he will overcome.

Dressing nuts and bolts is time consuming but important to a restoration. Next is to bead blast each one and have them cad plated again. It's one of those little things that makes the rest of a restoration stand out.
I found why the fork tube was sticking. A small dent at the bottom of the lower tube. With Georges help and a bit of engenuity, the problem is solved. Now it's ready for powder coating.
