You keep coming up with these cool little bikes. I never realized Benelli had such a large selection. I've been paying more attention to some of the Benelli racing history too. Very interesting.

They sure put some quality in that little motor. Wonder why they didn't build a road racer with it.

A serious looking tool. Do you use any heat to assist the separation? That's almost a 'must' on old British bikes.
Have you checked for run out on the crank yet? Seems it tightened up in the cases after trying to get the flywheel off.

I would like to get the cad plating done in the Seattle area. Art Brass Plating does it as well as chrome plating. Last parts I had plated were in LA. I'm interested in your cad power supply if you find it. I've tried a Caswell kit on a few parts but wasn't happy with the results.

Looks nice. Yeh, internal threading can be tricky. Nice to have a go/no go test piece if it's a critical fit up. Youtube is a big help there too.
