I made up a new wiring harness- just have to connect to the handlebar switch and do front brake switch.

Just waiting on a carb part I wanted to replace, and some pre-selector parts I decided to replace.

The electronics portion of the ELS is easy- making toothed pullies, getting correct belts and other adpaters takes more time. Well…wiring it all up takes time too.

I never thought of lapping valves that way. Since none of the ‘regular’ suction cup lappers seem to hold the valves well anymore (old ones did great)- I will try it next time.

Years ago I had a Europa master cylinder re-sleeved, but it would have been better to do it myself I think (now).

They did the wheels on my Lotus too- they came out so good I decieded to do the bike.
I was going to do the Wheels, but just had too many things to do and it was slow going getting old paint off.

My plan was to paint the frame- but a person is buying the bike and I need to get it done very soon. So I took it to the powdercoater. They did a great job.
