I got some replacement fork tubes. There was some rust on the original ones. So took the forks all apart, cleaned and fresh oil and seals. The old oil was awful.
Took the BSA out for a longer ride today. It runs very well, vibrates on the hiway but fine at lower speeds. Did really well on gravel roads (my intended use).

Neat jig to install engine. I tipped the engine on end, and lowered the frame over the engine with my sei. But I like the way you did it. Great idea with the carbs.
